Meaning you will receive payment fast! You can send your claims postage free (no stamp).

Tip: hand in your claims at one of our insurance shops.

Claims from abroad

Claims from abroad must be accompanied by an international claims form.

Original invoice

Always enclose your original invoice. Copies of invoices, demands, receipts, estimates and reminders are not accepted. However, we advise you to always keep a photocopy of your invoice for your own records. Please check that the invoice contains the following information. This will help us deal with your invoices correctly and fast.

Collective insurance DURA

If you take part in a collective insurance through Dura Vermeer, just attach a completed claim sticker to your invoice. If you have run out of stickers, you can order them on our brochure page. If you are not insured through Dura Vermeer, just note your customer number or Burger service Number on the invoice and whether it concerns an accident.
