Competitively priced policy within our regionThis insurance is the most affordable option for everyone living in the region. This supplementary insurance includes three reimbursements and an additional sports benefit. Our goal is to make our working area the healthiest part of the Netherlands.

Online policy
With the AV-Gemak Regio policy you arrange all your insurance matters fully online (DigiD required):
- All your insurance information and correspondence can be found on your MijnZZ.
- You will receive an notification by email if new information is available.
- You will pay your premium, excess and patient contributions by direct debit.
Take out health insurance
You can easily have a look at your discount options and take out your own insurance in our online insurance shop (Dutch).
- You are welcome! Zorg en Zekerheid does not look at age or health
- Online invoices are paid within 5 working days
- We co-insure children under the age of 18 at no charge
