We will process your claim within 10 working days
You can upload your claims online through MijnZZ, through our claims-app or send your claims by post.
Submit claims through the app
- Make sure you send a clear and well-lighted picture
- The first time you submit a claim you need to fill in your ‘relatienummer’, your personal identification number at Zorg en Zekerheid. You only have to do this once
- You can submit claims directly through the app for yourself and your family members
- You can open invoices on your smartphone and share them directly with Zorg en Zekerheid

Submitting claims by post or in our store
You can also send your claims by post or deliver them at one of our store in Leiden . These claims will take longer to be processed.
In some cases, you need a claim form
- Medical transportation
- Visits to sick family members
- PGB (Personal Budget)
- Home dialysis
- Medical expenses abroad
Original invoice
When declaring medical expenses made abroad, always submit the original invoice. Copies, demands, receipts, estimates and reminders will not be processed. We do advise you to always make a copy of your invoice for your own records. Please send the invoice with the claims form by post and make sure that the invoice contains the following information:
- 'Relatienummer'
- Date of birth
- Whether the medical care is the result of an accident
