AV-Prima Extra, AV-Master Extra en AV-Cum Laude supplementary insurances 2026

We have the supplementary AV-Prima Extra and AV-Master Extra insurance
policies especially for a number of employers’ associations. These
supplementary insurance policies have extensive reimbursements.

Important reimbursements AV-Prima Extra

physiotherapy 25 treatments + 5 extra
alternative medicine/treatment €460
glasses/lenses per 3 years single €50 and multifocal €100 (from 2.25 dioptre)
urgent medical treatment in Europe 100%; outside Europe 200% of the Dutch market rates
preventive courses €150 and for a sleep course €200
substitute informal care up to €3,500
mindfulness training €300 (one-off)
menopause advice €150
dental costs after an accident up to €10,000

Important reimbursements AV-Master Extra

Very generous reimbursements comparable to the AV-Prima Extra, but including reimbursement of dental care and orthodontics.

dentist up to €500 + €100 (checks 100%, other treatments 75%)
orthodontics €2,500 to 18 years (after a 1-year waiting period)
physiotherapy 25 treatments + 5 extra

Special extra reimbursements for you as an employee:

Good to know: as a group insured person through your employer, you will receive generous reimbursements without additional costs. This applies to you and your family members. The additional reimbursements consist of:

dental care: up to €100 additional reimbursement from age 18
physiotherapy: up to 5 additional treatments
sleep therapy course: €200
menopause advice: €150
mindfulness training: €300 (once only)

AV-Cum Laude no longer available

Since 1 January 2019, you can no longer opt for the AV-Cum Laude. Do you currently have the AV-Cum Laude? In that case, nothing will change for you. You can continue to make use of our most comprehensive supplementary insurance for employees.

If you choose another supplementary insurance in the future, you can no longer go back to the AV-Cum Laude.
