- physiotherapy 6 treatments (physiotherapy and exercise therapy together)
- dentist checks 100%, other treatments 75%, together up to €150
- dental costs after an accident up to €10,000
- glasses/lenses every 3 years: single €25 and multifocal €50 (from 2.25 dioptre)
- alternative medicine/treatment €150
- preventive courses €115 (50%)
- contraception from the age of 21 100% (up to the age of 21 is covered by the basic insurance)
- urgent medical treatment in Europe 100%; outside Europe 200% of the Dutch market rates
- vaccinations for travel abroad 75%
- personal contribution maternity care and childbirth 100%
- lactation expert €100
