Digital mail

You currently receive your mail and/or policy schedule from Zorg en Zekerheid in paper form. You will receive an email if new information (such as an invoice, a settled claim or a new policy schedule) is available for you in the Zorg en Zekerheid app and MijnZZ. Your policy schedule is always available in MijnZZ.

Check your email address

It is important to check whether your email address is correct in order to receive digital mail. If your email address is incorrect or you would prefer to receive your digital mail at a different email address, pleas notify us of your change via the app or MijnZZ.

Roadmap for changing receipt method and email address in MijnZZ

  1. Go to MijnZZ
  2. Log in with your DigiD. Are you not from the Netherlands? You may be able to use eIDAS.
  3. Select 'Gegevens' at the top
  4. Check your email address in the 'Mijn gegevens' tab | Do you want to use a different email address? You can change your email address via 'Wijzigen'
  5. Scroll down to 'Documenten' and select paper of digital | You can change your preference for whether you would like to receive insurance information and your policy schedule on paper or digitally via 'Wijzigen'

  1. Download or open the Zorg en Zekerheid app
  2. Log in with your DigiD. Are you not from the Netherlands? You may be able to use eIDAS.
  3. Tap 'Meer' at the bottom right. Go to 'Gegevens' and then to 'Mijn gegevens'
  4. Scroll to 'Contact' and check your email address | Do you want to use a different email address? You can change your email address via 'Wijzig'
  5. Scroll down to 'Digitale voorkeuren' and select paper of digital | You can change your preference for whether you would like to receive insurance information and your policy schedule on paper or digitally via 'Wijzig'

            Useful to know

            • Would you prefer not to receive your mail digitally?
              You can choose to receive paper mail, free of charge. Select paper mail via the app, MijnZZ of telephone. You can switch between paper and digital mail at any time.
            • When will you receive a digital policy schedule?
              • if you submit a change and we have processed it
              • in November when we announce our premium for the next year

              You will receive an email when your digital policy schedule is ready for you in MijnZZ under 'Mijn Documenten'. You can view the policy schedule there.

            • Your policy schedule is your proof of insurance
              The policy schedule contains your personal details and relationnumber. Here you will also find which insurance you have, how much premium you pay and the payment method.
