If one of your family members continues to work in the Netherlands and you move to a treaty country, please contact the CAK.

I live abroad with a pension or benefit from the Netherlands (no Sick Pay, WAZO or WW benefit)

Check here whether you live in one of the countries with which the Netherlands has concluded a treaty. If you live in one of these countries, register yourself and your co-insured family members with the CAK.
