Pay your premium and excess how it suits you best

Via direct debit

You can choose the date on which direct debits take place. This also applies if you pay annually, semi-annually, or quarterly.

  • The 21st of the month
  • The 25th of the month
  • The last working day of the month
  • The 8th of the month

With the first three options, you pay in advance. If the direct debit falls on a weekend or a holiday, we will debit the amount on the next working day.

Do you have a payment plan, such as betaalgemak? Installments are always paid via direct debit.

In MijnZZ, you can change your preferred date. If you don’t make a choice, we will debit the amount on the last business day of the month.

If you want to pay the invoice yourself

Have you chosen to pay your invoices yourself? We will send you a payment link via email or a letter with payment instructions. You can also pay an invoice via the app or MijnZZ, or transfer the amount yourself through your own bank. The amount must be in our account by the 20th of the month. Our IBAN is NL28 INGB 0000 1285 26.

If the payment fails

Did you pay after the 20th or has the direct debit failed? We will send you an email or text message with a payment link or a letter requesting that you make the payment.

Have you paid, but are you still receiving a payment request?

First, check your bank account. Do you see the payment? Then everything is in order and you do not need to contact us. Payments are registered on your MijnZZ-page after a few days

Invoices in the app and MijnZZ

You can view your invoices on your MijnZZ-page and the app. You will find them under the ‘Facturen’ tab.
